Bookkeeper / Office Manager

Owing to retirement a fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Office Manager / Bookkeeper.
This position would ideally suit a candidate from a strong financial background with duties covering:

• Bookkeeping and accounting to trial balance
• Contract management, invoicing and credit control
• VAT returns
• Payroll and HR administration
• Ledger and Bank Reconciliation
• Machinery claims and commissions

Candidate Requirements:

• Bookkeeping /Payroll experience
• HR Administration including maintenance of staff records
• Ability to manage the costs and contracts of the business
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Full knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential whilst experience using the Ibcos gold accounts
package would be beneficial but not essential as full training will be given.
• Previous experience in management with the ability to work well under pressure
