Due to internal promotion, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Service Office Administrator at our head office.
Location– St Cyrus Aberdeenshire
Contract Type: Full-time and Permanent
Salary: Dependant on experience
Hours: 7.30am till 17.00 Monday to Friday (could be negotiable)
About the Role
We are seeking an organised and customer-focused Service Administrator to join our busy agricultural dealership. You will play a key role in supporting the Service Department, ensuring our customers receive excellent service and that our workshop operations run smoothly. From dealing with customers to processing paperwork, you’ll be at the heart of keeping our service team efficient and productive.
Key Responsibilities
· Work closely with the Service Manager to assist in opening Job cards and any other administrative task.
· Help to input scheduled work as directed by the service manager.
· Creation, processing and finalising of invoices for retail, warranty and internal work.
· Overseeing telematics system to maintain service schedules and recording of servicing within manufacturers dealer network
· Maintain accurate records of machine servicing and repairs.
· Courtesy calls to customers post repair and documenting feedback.
· Support the Service Manager in monitoring workshop efficiency and productivity.
· Ensure smooth communication between customers, service engineers, and the parts department.
· Work with the technicians to ensure paperwork is submitted accurately and in a timely manner.
Skills & Experience
· Previous experience in an administrative or service role (ideally within agriculture, automotive, or machinery).
· Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise workload and work at pace under pressure.
· Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
·Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to process paperwork and data accurately.
· Fast-working, positive, proactive, and a strong team player.
· Knowledge of agricultural machinery and equipment (desirable but not essential).
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and dealership management systems (training provided).

Agricultural Technology Specialist– to cover all Depots
We are pleased to announce that an exciting opportunity has arisen for a permanent Agricultural Technology Specialist covering the North East of Scotland.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical expertise and assistance related to the application and use of Fendt Technology & Software.
The ideal candidate will work closely with farmers and agricultural businesses to assist them in improving their efficiency and productivity through technological advancements. They will give instructions in the operation of the technology and also assist them with problem-solving any issues which arise on a day-to-day basis.
They will be responsible for keeping up-to-date with ongoing advancements in agricultural technology and software.
This position has an immediate start and would ideally suit candidates from a strong agricultural background.
The successful candidate must be able to work overtime as and when required, including evenings and weekends and in return they will be offered an attractive remuneration package, company vehicle and mobile phone.
